Terms of Service

Last updated: March 22, 2026. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using DeepSeek V4 Hub (deepseekv4pro.com).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DeepSeek V4 Hub website at deepseekv4pro.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

DeepSeek V4 Hub is an independent developer community platform that provides:

  • Inventory-backed Coding Plans with one-time or monthly auto-renewing payment options, product-specific access credentials, endpoints, and usage limits
  • OpenClaw PinchBench model benchmarks and performance comparisons
  • Technical documentation and developer resources
  • Community forums, use cases, and educational content

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. API Keys and Purchases

Credentials and Access

Each product page states whether a purchase delivers plan access credentials or a dedicated provider key, together with the applicable Base URL, access term, quota, and restrictions. A purchase does not transfer a DeepSeek or other provider account unless the product page explicitly says so. We do not claim authorized reseller status unless a provider relationship is explicitly stated.

A Coding Plan purchase delivers an official Alibaba Cloud Model Studio key dedicated to one buyer, with the access term and usage allowance shown at checkout. It is not an Alibaba Cloud official Coding Plan or Token Plan.

Delivery

API keys are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary.

Recurring Billing

When you explicitly select the monthly option, Stripe charges the displayed recurring price at checkout and automatically renews it each month until cancelled. You can manage or cancel renewal through the Stripe Billing Portal from your Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid access period.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of API keys, refunds are generally not available once a key has been delivered and activated. If you experience issues with a key, please contact our support team.

Usage

You agree to use purchased API keys in compliance with both our Terms and the respective model provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Resell, redistribute, or share API keys obtained through the platform without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond what is permitted
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by DeepSeek V4 Hub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Benchmark data, rankings, and analysis published on the platform are proprietary to DeepSeek V4 Hub. "DeepSeek," "Qwen," "MiniMax," and other model names are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, V4 DEVELOPER HUB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
