Website Operator
DeepSeek V4 Hub is operated by Hangzhou Wanwu Qi Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). Business location: Hangzhou, Zhejiang, Mainland China.
For product support, billing complaints, or questions about these Terms, contact contact@deepseekv4pro.com. The payment provider and any separate seller of record for a purchase are identified before checkout as described below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DeepSeek V4 Hub website at deepseekv4pro.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Material changes will be notified before they take effect where required by law. Where express acceptance is required, continued use alone does not replace it. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing purchase's agreed price, access period, or mandatory legal rights.
2. Description of Service
DeepSeek V4 Hub is an independent developer community platform that provides:
- Inventory-backed Coding Plans with one-time or explicitly selected auto-renewing payment options, product-specific access credentials, endpoints, and usage limits
- OpenClaw PinchBench model benchmarks and performance comparisons
- Technical documentation and developer resources
- Community forums, use cases, and educational content
3. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. API Keys and Purchases
Credentials and Access
Each product page states whether a purchase delivers plan access credentials or a dedicated provider key, together with the applicable Base URL, access term, quota, and restrictions. A purchase does not transfer a DeepSeek or other provider account unless the product page explicitly says so. We do not claim authorized reseller status unless a provider relationship is explicitly stated.
DeepSeek Coding Plans provide access through our managed gateway. Agent Plan delivers a dedicated Volcengine Ark key. These products have different endpoints, quotas, and upstream dependencies; the selected product and its purchase summary define what is included. Historical purchases retain their original agreed terms.
Delivery
API keys are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary.
Recurring Billing
Automatic renewal is optional and must be selected before checkout. The purchase summary states the recurring amount and interval. New subscriptions renew monthly; the stated access period is separate from the billing interval. Renewal continues at the agreed interval until cancelled. Your purchases page lists each order and routes billing management to its original payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves the current paid access period; cancellation alone does not request a refund. You can manage renewal from your purchases page. If you cannot use the cancellation control, contact contact@deepseekv4pro.com with the order reference.
Payment Provider and Seller
The checkout review identifies the payment provider for each new order. When Subotiz is offered as Merchant of Record, Subotiz is the seller of record for that transaction under its Buyer Terms, which are expressly incorporated by reference into the agreement for that purchase and must be expressly accepted before proceeding to Subotiz checkout. DeepSeek V4 Hub supplies the described access and product support. Stripe purchases remain with Stripe. Choosing a different provider for a new purchase does not transfer an earlier subscription, its payment authorization, or its refund to that provider.
Refunds
Subject to your mandatory legal rights and the seller's terms, discretionary refunds are generally unavailable after access has been delivered and activated. Digital delivery alone does not remove any statutory right to cancellation, a refund, or a remedy for a service that is not supplied as agreed. Any legally required notice and express confirmation for an exception to a right of withdrawal must be obtained separately; accepting these Terms alone does not waive that right. For an undelivered order, duplicate payment, or access problem, contact contact@deepseekv4pro.com with the order reference. Requests are reviewed against payment and delivery records and handled through the original payment provider. Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Do not send your API key or full card details.
Usage
You agree to use purchased API keys in compliance with both our Terms and the respective model provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Resell, redistribute, or share API keys obtained through the platform without authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond what is permitted
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by DeepSeek V4 Hub and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Benchmark data, rankings, and analysis published on the platform are proprietary to DeepSeek V4 Hub. "DeepSeek," "Qwen," "MiniMax," and other model names are trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPSEEK V4 HUB AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These limitations do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for personal injury, fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence. They do not restrict mandatory consumer or personal information protection rights.
8. Applicable Law and Mainland China Rights
These Terms and our provision of the Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China as applied in Mainland China, subject to any mandatory provisions that apply to you, including non-waivable consumer protections under the law of your habitual residence. Mandatory legal rights prevail over any conflicting term. References to Mainland China in this section do not refer to the separate legal systems of Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, or Taiwan.
Consumers retain all non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws, including rights to accurate product information, free choice, fair dealing, and remedies for non-performance. An API credential's delivery or activation does not by itself waive those rights. Where Mainland China automatic-renewal rules apply, consumers are entitled to prominent notice before agreeing to renewal and before renewal takes place, and a clear, convenient way to cancel.
You may contact us to seek a resolution, complain to a competent authority, or bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable procedural law, including a competent People's Court where Mainland China law so provides. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising statutory remedies. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove a legally protected choice of forum.
Subotiz's separate Buyer Terms govern its role in a Subotiz Merchant of Record transaction, including its own governing-law and dispute provisions, subject to mandatory consumer protections. This section does not amend Subotiz's contracts or change the payment provider for an existing purchase. Personal information rights are also described in our Privacy Policy.
